About Our Office

Office Hours Our regular office hours are by appointment, Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Lunch 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM).  Select Fridays are available.  Please call our office at (770) 978-1644 to schedule an appointment.  If you have an emergency, every effort will be made to see you immediately during our normal work hours. We respect the value of your time and will make every effort to honor all time commitments with a minimum waiting time. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you find that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. This will allow the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient. There will be a charge for repeated broken appointments.

Payment Options

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, major credit card and CareCredit.  We will file insurance claims for individuals who carry verifiable dental insurance. We are participating providers for United Concordia, Guardian, and Cigna PPO plans..

Team Members

Donna Long - Office Manager Donna is a lifelong resident of Gwinnett County. She is very knowledgeable about dental procedures and insurance information. Please call her with any questions you may have. Chris Turner - Dental Assistant Chris is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduated from Gwinnett Technical College in 1999.  Her enthusiasm and gentle touch are a great addition to our team.   Gwen Housworth - Registered Dental Hygienist Gwen brought her enchanting personality to the practice in 1999.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Crystal Owens- Registered Dental Hygienist Crystal completes our team with her gentle touch and sweet personality.  Crystal received an Associate of Science degree from Georgia Perimeter College. Both Gwen and Crystal provide oral hygiene care in a gentle, yet thorough manner. They enjoy educating patients and helping them obtain a healthy mouth.
